Wordle is a great little application that can create a tag cloud out of pretty much any text or website. It’s a neat way of summarising large texts, kick-starting a tagging system, getting the weltanschauung of a community and much much more. Maybe as importantly, it is good fun! I am a professional learner, employed as a Full Professor and Associate Dean, Learning & Assessment, at Athabasca University, where I research lots of things broadly in the area of learning and technology, and I teach mainly in the School of Computing & Information Systems.
